Mark Sceery is employed as an environmental engineer working in the drinking water program for the United States Environmental Protection Agency. He has a B.S. in civil engineering from Virginia Tech and an M.S. in civil engineeing from Northeastern University.
Beth, his wife and Alex and Joe, their sons, provide the support needed for his hairbrained schemes like driving cross-country in an RV or becoming a PortMedia board member. His interest in local access cable TV stems from video he has shot and edited of Newburyport's Destination Imagination program.
In addition to working on the PortMedia Board of Directors, he is a member of the Newburyport Youth Football League Board of Director's and has coached a Destination Imagination team for seven years. He is an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan, and dabbles in amateur astronomy.
